I HAVE HAD MY OWN ISSUES  WITH STOMACH HEALTH. I HAVE LOST FRIENDS TO STOMACH-RELATED ILLNESSES AS WELL.  I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I AM ONLY SHARING THE REMEDIES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR ME AND MY LOVED ONES. IT IS MY HOPE THAT THESE REMEDIES COULD POTENTIALLY HELP YOU AS WELL.

WE HAVE ALL HAD ONE OF THOSE DAYS!

AN EVIL, BAD STOMACH DAY. ONE THAT IMPACTS EVERYTHING FROM YOUR MOOD TO YOUR PLANS.

 

THIS HAPPENS DUE TO THE BRAIN / STOMACH RELATIONSHIP. 

WE, HUMANS, HAVE WHAT’S CALLED THE ENTERIC NERVOUS SYSTEM.

THIS NETWORK OF NERVES  EXTENDS FROM THE ESOPHAGUS TO THE ANUS AND IS MADE OF THE SAME NEUROTRANSMITTERS THAT ARE FOUND IN THE HUMAN CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM. WHICH IS WHY THE STOMACH IS CALLED THE SECOND BRAIN.

 

THAT’S WHY THERE IS A CORRELATION BETWEEN SOME PAINS, ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION DUE TO THE BRAIN-STOMACH INTERACTION. The negative impacts are  BASED ON – ILL CONSUMPTION, BASED ON YOUR LACK OF NUTRITION, BASED ON YOUR STOMACH HEALTH.

 

I KNOW THIS DUE TO MY OWN BOUTS WITH STOMACH ISSUES. THERE WAS A TIME MY PREOCCUPATION WITH WORK AND MY LACK OF DUE DILIGENCE IN THE NUTRITION AREA BROUGHT MY LIFE TO A STANDSTILL.  THIS IS THE REASON I AM SHARING THIS INFORMATION GOD PEOPLE. 

 

 PROBIOTICS/PREBIOTICS

 

FIRST UP – PRO / PRE-BIOTICS (BENEFICIAL BACTERIA THAT HELP TO CREATE AN INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT THAT IS BENEFICIAL TO MIND AND BODY.

PROBIOTICS CAN BE FOUND IN SUPPLEMENTS OR FOOD SOURCES LIKE TEMPEH, SAUERKRAUT, PICKLES, AND YOGURT. EVEN TRADITIONAL BUTTERMILK HAS PROBIOTIC VALUE.

THESE FOODS ARE PREBIOTICS THEY FEED THE PROBIOTICS. THESE ARE FIBROUS, OR PARTIALLY DIGESTED FOODS THAT TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE GUT, ONCE THERE, THEY FERMENT AND FEED THE PROBIOTIC BACTERIA.

FOODS LIKE LEEKS, APPLES, BANANAS, ONIONS, AND ASPARAGUS ARE JUST A FEW EXAMPLES. FOODS LIKE THESE CONTAIN FIBROUS MASS AND IN SOME INSTANCES MAY INDUCE BLOAT. SO, TAKE CARE AND THE ADVICE OF YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.

OHHH, MY  FAVORITE FOOD – OUR NUTRITIONAL INTAKE FUELS OUR LIVES. WITHOUT PROPER NUTRITION WE RUN THE RISK OF DAMAGING OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

 A SUSTAINABLE LIFE STARTS WITH YOUR NUTRITIONAL INTAKE AND THE PROPER DISTRIBUTION OF THAT NUTRITION TO THE BODY, ESPECIALLY YOUR MIND.

 

IN POOR COMMUNITIES THERE IS USUALLY A FOOD DESERT WITH A NEIGHBORHOOD OASIS “ THE CORNER STORE” WHICH IS ALL SOME  OF US HAVE. LOTTO NUMBERS, PRESERVATIVES, HIGH FRUCTOSE, AND ALCOHOL ARE WHAT YOU GENERALLY FIND IN ABUNDANCE.  DUE TO A LACK OF HEALTHY FOOD RESOURCES MANY PEOPLE ONLY INDULGE IN THESE SHOPS.  EVEN WITH FULL BELLIES, THESE PEOPLE HAVE BAD DIGESTIVE  HEALTH BECAUSE THEY ARE FILLING THEIR STOMACHS WITH JUNK FOODS.

 

YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF IF YOU MAKE THE PROPER CORRECTIONS. TAKE PROCESSED FOODS OFF THE SHELF COMPLETELY. TAKE SUGAR OFF THE SHELF ESPECIALLY PROCESSED SUGAR. TAKE WHOLE GRAINS OFF THE SHELF.

THESE THINGS CAUSE INFLAMMATION IN THE BODY AND INFLAMMATION CAN CAUSE PAIN. DISEASE AND MENTAL UNREST.

 

THEN FIND A DIET THAT WORKS FOR YOUR NUTRITIONAL NEEDS. It’s CLICHE BUT IT IS AS REAL AS THE FINGERS ON YOUR HAND, “YOUR BODY IS YOUR TEMPLE”. IT IS A MASTERWORK OF ENGINEERING. IT IS A NEXUS OF MIND BODY AND SOUL.

 

YOU SHOULD TREAT IT AS SUCH. BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU CONSUME. THE INGREDIENTS AND THE Product MANUFACTURER.  BE MINDFUL OF WHERE YOU EAT AS WELL. YOUR STOMACHS HEALTH, YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ON IT. 

IF YOU CAN GROW SOME OF THE FOODS YOU CONSUME. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT ONCE YOU DO. YOU WILL NEVER LOOK AT FOOD THE SAME WAY AGAIN.

TOILET USE 

 

NEXT UP OS THE LOO. THE TOILET AND ITS PROPER USE. I KNOW YOU PROBABLY THINK THE SUBJECT IS “UNSAVORY, NASTY, UGGH” BUT IT IS NECESSARY. STAY WITH ME BECAUSE THIS SUBJECT CAN CHANGE LIVES. 

IT SEEMS SO SIMPLE. THE ACT OF RELIEVING OURSELVES. DUE TO THE GENERAL USE OF TOILET BOWLS IN THE WEST MANY OF US ARE NOT ACTUALLY EVACUATING OUR BOWELS PROPERLY. 

 

FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS WE HAVE SQUATTED TO USE THE FACILITY. OUR SYSTEMS HAVE EVOLVED THAT WAY. SO IT HAS ONLY BEEN IN THIS INDUSTRIAL AGE THAT WE IN THE WESTERN WORLD HAVE COME TO UTILIZE THE SITTING  TOILET BOWL.

THAT IMPLEMENT IS CALLED A TOILET STOOL “YEP” THE TOILET STOOL IS A FOOT RISER THAT SITS AT THE BASE OF THE BOWL “MY GRANDMA HAD ONE”. IT RAISES YOUR FEET TO A 35-DEGREE ANGLE AND HELPS YOU TO EVACUATE THOROUGHLY AND ALLEVIATES STRAIN IN THE PROCESS.

 

 THIS LITTLE FOOTSTOOL HELPED CHANGE MY STOMACH HEALTH. IT IS A SIMPLE TOOL AND A SLIGHT ALTERATION IN MY TOILET USE BUT IT WAS A NEEDED ONE.

 

IF YOU CAN’T PURCHASE A TOILET STOOL YOU MAY HAVE A STEP STOOL AT HOME THAT YOU CAN USE.  ASK YOUR PHYSICIAN 1st BUT TRUST ME. MY  DIGESTIVE HEALTH IS GREAT, NOW AND I ATTRIBUTE IT TO THESE REMEDIES.
